Being Prepared for a Doctor’s Office Visit

The US Department of Health and Human Services has an Office of Adolescent Health that currently has a Think, Act, Grow program.

From US Department of Human Services

One of the links they provide is for how to prepare for Doctor’s Office Visits. They have one for ages 11-14 and one for ages 15-17. These are neat resource guides to prepare yourself for when you have a check up or if you have a specialist visit. Having a list of questions ahead of time and knowing what to expect can take away a lot of anxiety surrounding office visits.
