Music has the ability to leave us feeling more positive.  Plus, according to this HuffPost article, music can impact us by:

  1. Reducing stress and anxiety
  2. Decreasing pain
  3. Improving immune functioning – or protecting us from illnesses
  4. Helping us remember
  5. Helping us exercise.

Plus, music is everywhere!  You can even make your own music.
