Are you currently seeking treatment for your mental health? Do you want to? What are issues that you face that can make you miss appointments or unable to go? It can be things like money to afford treatment, finding the time to even go, not being able to get one because a bus doesn’t get there, or things like a poor Internet connection that makes it hard to virtually connect with a therapist.
